Welcome to RepForge. By accessing or using our AI-powered bodybuilding coaching application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

RepForge is an AI-powered fitness coaching platform that provides:

• Personalized workout and training programs
• Customized nutrition and meal plans
• AI coaching and real-time feedback
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Photo analysis for physique assessment
• Competition preparation guidance

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RepForge. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law
• You will provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Free and Paid Services

RepForge offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Free accounts include basic features such as an initial workout and meal plan. Premium features require a paid subscription.

5.2 Billing and Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.

5.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will notify you of any price changes in advance.

5.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@repforge.app.

5.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

6. User Content

You may submit content to the Service, including progress photos, notes, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a license to use it as follows:

• A non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your User Content to provide and improve the Service
• The right to use AI and machine learning to analyze your content for coaching purposes
• The right to create anonymized, aggregated data for research and improvement purposes

You represent that you own or have the rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Use the Service to compete with RepForge
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false or misleading information

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific fitness results from using the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPFORGE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RepForge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service

• Your User Content

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and User Content
• Provisions of these Terms that should survive will remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RepForge regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
